I just sold a townhouse in Woburn through Paul and was very pleased and would use him again. Since I am out of state it was very helpful how Paul handled a lot of details about painting and patching, staging and various certs required. His commission is very fair and he does not charge for extra marketing services that some realtors charge for. I particularly like that he is confident enough in his abilities that his contract allows the seller to cancel the contract at any time for any reason; no getting locked into a contract for 90 days. My guess is that no one ever cancels.He helped us price the property correctly, we got to choose among 8 offers within the first week on the market, and we closed at 5% over the asking price. He handled both the selling and buying of our homes in Burlington. From the moment he saw our home all the way through us moving into our new home, he was helpful, responsible, and comprehensive with all of our needs as a buyer and seller. He provided a thorough analysis of our home and helped negotiate a fair deal for both of our transactions. Paul does well everything you expect a Realtor to do, and he does it with complete professionalism, honesty and care (as if it was his own home he was selling). What is most impressive is that it doesn't stop there - Paul goes above and beyond throughout the entire process. In selling our home, for no extra cost, he brought in a stager and created floor plans to ensure we sold our home for top dollar. He work tirelessly to make sure our house was shown often for open houses and private showings, He even went to our home multiple times to take care of our dog, while we were at work, so potential buyers could view our house. Once we were under contract, he took it upon himself to schedule and be available for the home inspection, fire inspection, and the last water bill reading. Paul, even went so far as to help the seller of our new home (how was not his client) move furniture out of the house, so the closing on the new home would be as smooth as possible. We highly recommend Paul, without any reservation. He sold our home quickly and made the experience quite painless.

Paul is probably the best real estate agent in the Burlington, Billerica area. He's from the area & has been working there for decades. He was able to track down a contractor who worked on our house 25 years ago and resolved buyers questions. He sold our house, like it was his own . He made the process easy & painless. I cannot praise him enough. Most people I know work with Paul exclusively. He managed everybody from the stager, to the lawyer and everybody in between. Thanks to Paul our house was sold in 5 weeks flat.

I was surprised. As a retried AF Colonel, I spent a career moving around and was no stranger to buying and selling houses. The “Paul Conti Experience” was one I did not anticipate because it’s value extended so far past the norm. Paul did everything he said. Paul laid out a successful strategy to prep and sell my house in 7 days. He predicted I'd get multiple offers at a price point beyond what I thought was possible. It happened exactly as he said it would and while a wonderful result, he offered so much more. He helped me prepare for the closing – installing smoke detectors and finding tradesmen to fix things that had to be addressed before the sale. He helped me move some last pieces of furniture into truck that I could quite manage by myself and carried some items to Goodwill. What kind of real estate agent does that? Answer – a person who is in the business of helping people – and that makes his the most extraordinary real estate agent I have ever met or even heard of. Working with Paul has always been a pleasure and an incredibly wise move. What I like best about Paul is his ability to give feedback (good or bad) on neighborhoods, schools, housing layouts, etc. I've purchased two different homes via Paul, both transactions were fantastic. I also used him to buy and sell our first home. We got an accepted offer in less than 3 weeks and one of those weeks was over the July 4th holiday when no one is house hunting.

Paul is a man of his word. He deliveries on what he says. He is very personable and easy to talk with on most any subject. His knowledge of the real estate market and trends is amazing. He is knowledgable of the sale process and legal requirements and passes that on to his customers. He has numerous contacts and references for legal, moving, handyman service, financing, etc. Paul handles every task with enthusiasm, no matter how trivial, to insure customer satisfaction. I recommend Paul very highly.

We can not praise Paul enough for his skills to make overall experience of selling and buying home as smooth as possible. We bought and sold our house working with him and foremost thing that strikes you about him is his honesty. His advice and consultations are spot-on and he never tries to sway your opinion either way. He presents facts and gives you space to make your own decision. Paul goes above and beyond to even take care of items that would be considered by others as home owners responsibility. He is extremely passionate about his work and it always shows in his actions at various points during the entire process. He brings together tons of real estate experience, knowledge of the neighborhood, and fantastic negotiation skills to the table which makes him probably the best real estate agent in the area, hands down.
