Paul was great to work with and has an excellent assistant. They stay right on top of what’s going on in the local real estate business and know exactly what needs to be done next. If and when I need an agent again Paul will definitely get my business. In my opinion he is the one you should call for all your real estate needs.

Paul did a wonderful job helping me sell my home AND find a new home to move into at the same time. It was a super stressful time but he made it easy for me by taking his time to explain things to me (sometimes more than once), by handling things for me when he could (speaking with the Escrow company to coordinate things, etc) … or having his assistant Ana help me. I’m very thankful that I had a realtor like Paul to walk me through this experience! If you are looking to buy or sell your home, reach out to Paul, you will be glad you did.

Paul did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable about the housing market and what buyers want when buying a home. He gave us great pointers on what needed to be done before putting the house on the market. Once the house was on the market Paul kept constant communication with us and was able to sell out house super fast! I would definitely recommend Paul to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Paul went above and beyond to help us sell our home. He was extremely professional, always available and very skilled at what he does. He went to great lengths to take as much of the process upon himself as possible. Our house sold way faster than we expected and for a good price. Paul's assistant (Ana) was equally as professional and very helpful. I would not hesitate to work with Paul again. Overall, he provided a great experience.

Our family lived in Yuma for over a year before we decided to look for a home to purchase. We asked our friends in town for suggestions on realtors and Paul Cunningham was HIGHLY recommended. We were excited to use Paul, because we had already met him through a community service event and thought that he was a very kind, approachable, and friendly person. We gave Paul our wish list of the specifications for the property that we were looking for. We were looking for a rare and special sort of home. For months, Paul sent us listings of homes that checked all or most of the boxes. He was always patient, kind and helpful in all our dealings. Once we saw the home we were looking for, we jumped at it and Paul was very helpful in walking us through everything from the first showing to closing on the property. Years later Paul helped us purchase a piece of land that we had our hearts set on. The owner of the property was very hard to get a hold of, but for weeks Paul made daily efforts to connect with the seller. Once he was able to make contact, Paul helped us with everything from the negotiations and to the final purchase. When it comes to serving his clients, he is like a dog on a bone. He doesn't stop fighting until his clients get what they are looking for. Though he is tenacious always maintains a pleasant, personable demeanor and a professionalism that comes from his many years of experience of buying and selling in Yuma.

Paul went above and beyond what was expected of him. Helped me buy first home while I was in a different state. Showed me homes via FaceTime and gave honest assessment of homes since I couldn’t be present to see in person. Responded in an expeditious fashion and got the deal done quickly. Will work with him again in the future. Highly recommended.
