As an out-of-state landowner, I needed a team who would help me take care of my sale, end-to-end.  Paul Heim and New View handled the entire process in a professional manner and without me ever having to take the effort to come on site.  He communicated throughout the process, and when it came time to close, we were able to handle everything (including the notary) electronically.  From finding the buyer to making sure we covered all requirements to close without a hitch, Paul and the team got it done. I'd certainly work with them again.

I can't begin to say how much Paul Heim did for us to help us sell our home. We were absent owners so the house was vacant and he staged it for us with furniture he had. He got us in touch with people to maintain the yard since we lost the ones we had. During closing, the buyers wanted a couple items changed and Paul took care of everything. Our home was in the mountains so we took it off the market during the winter and again, Paul assisted with contacts to keep it cleared of snow. It went back on the market in the late spring and sold in about 30 days. Paul assisted in getting the closing moved to a company that is much easier to work with. Thanks a million Paul.

Paul and Darcelle saved us from a REALLY BAD situation with another realtor. We found a house we fell in love with. The other realtor assured us that she had one of the top teams in the area and they could sell our house quickly. We made a contingency offer on the house we wanted. We had 30 days to sell our house, no problem in this market, right? Wrong! The other realtor's photographer for listing photos was a supreme jerk and the pictures turned out crappy as well. Our house sat there for 3 weeks! No one even looked at it. Between the realtor not knowing where the house should be listed at price wise and the terrible listing photos, we ended up losing the house we LOVED! We called Paul and Darcelle to help us. They came in and staged our home beautifully, had amazing pictures taken, were VERY knowledgeable about our area, price points, and how best to approach the situation. Our house sold in about two weeks! They worked hard for us!When it came time to help us find a new home, it WAS NOT easy. We were still heartbroken about missing out on a house we loved in a location we wanted. Every house we looked at we were comparing to the first one and didn't think we would find what we wanted. Paul and Darcelle made sure that we found something even better, in a better subdivision, on a quiet cul de sac. We wanted new construction which is hard to find at the rate Boise is growing, but they made it happen. We are so HAPPY with our new home. If you are thinking of using anyone other than Paul and Darcelle, DON'T! They had it covered every step of the way, they were easy to work with, and we will never use anyone but them!
