Penny was amazing. I needed lots of help looking for, deciding on, and purchasing my home. She took me through all of the steps and was very understanding. It took less than a month for my purchase process. Penny was always available to answer any questions and to find particulars to make the process so smooth. Penny Broach provided detailed information on the marketing strategy. She provided a breakdown of estimated Seller Cost and Profit. The marketing materials were excellent, along with the photos of the home. She provided good guidance going thru the post offer process and closing process . At closing , she ensured ever I was dotted and T crossed.Penny Broach was actually the Seller Realtor, when I bought my house. When I sold the same house, I reached out to her, because I was impressed!

Penny was amazing. Both her and Brittany were there with us every step of the way. This was our first home purchase, which they made as easy as possible. Between listing to our needs and recommending properties to setting up showing then walking us through the homes to ensure we knew about each one. Once we settled on our new home they went to bat for us to make sure we got the very best deal and as it was new construction they made sure to get things included that we never even thought about. They were there for all of the walkthroughs as well as getting us an amazing inspector to make sure our new home was ready for us to move in. We love our new home and both Penny and Brittany made the whole buying experience simple and easy.
