Found her to be pleasant, thoughtful, efficient ,knowable. Knows the real estate market well. Shows your property well. The first weekend my house went on market had a showing and an offer, sold to that couple, Helped us get all the necessary paper work in order.We would use her again.

My fiancé & I had the pleasure of Penny being our agent on a recent move cross country. Buying a home over 2,000 miles away can make things difficult, to say the very least. Penny, however, was the one not difficult thing about it. She made the entire process exciting. She was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and just an overall amazing person. When you can be there to get things done yourself you have to really trust that things are getting done on time & correctly. We had that trust with Penny & that made our lives so much easier !!! Penny sold our house in only 3 days and was very helpful in finding our next home. She is a wonderful person to work with and is very patient for two very picky people. Penny Fanning was amazing from beginning to end on the purchase of our new home. Penny helped us in everyway she could. We were first time buyers, she explained every detail on purchasing our house. She was very supporting and understanding. She was able to answer all of our questions. We were really lucky to find Penny as our realtor.
