Quetza sold me my first home in 2019, and in 2021 my family wanted to get a bigger home in a better area. Quetza sold my old home for way more than I purchased it for, and got us into a better one with exactly what we wanted. Quetza has put in the up most effort to get us what we wanted. My husband and I are very grateful with Quetza's help and insight for the selling of our house, he gave us a clear understanding of the process, he pay attention to the details of the sale, he was Honest as well as knowledgeable to discern the right time of taking a good offer, he was always able to explain patiently and kindly every paper that needs our electronic signature, and when the house was on contract, just before closing, we had a family emergency out of town that required our presence, Quetza went far and beyond arranging a Notary out of state so our signatures where proper recorder for finalize and closed the deal. We felt bless for the smoothness handling the sale. We are gladly recommend him to anyone.

Q was recommended to me by my parents. I purchased my first home back in 2014 though him. He was diligent and extremely helpful. He was friendly, genuine, and I could tell he really cared to fine the perfect first home for me.
