My experience was great working with Rachel was absolute amazing. She had been helping me look for my first home for about 6 months and every other weekend we would go look at different homes. After a couple months of only looking in one area she suggested that we extend the search in different areas and a couple of weeks later BOOM! I found my dream home! If it wasn't for her making that suggestion I would still been looking in one area! I thank her for all of her hard work and dedication! She felt more like family through out the whole process

Rachel listed the house for $40,000 more than I thought I could get. She got a full price/cash offer within a week. We closed within 10 days. The whole experience was effortless on my part. I would definitely recommend/hire Rachel again.

Rachel did an excellent job listing and selling our house. We live out of state and she handled everything on her own. Through storms with fallen trees, minor repairs and a bit of refresh of the house, she had a solution. Her knowledge of the area and market made a huge difference for us since we were not familiar with them. The sale went smoothly and quickly. We would highly recommend her.

As a first time home buyer I wasn’t sure what to expect from a realtor. Rachel by far blew away any expectations I had. From the beginning she informed me what to expect during the home searching process and did an excellent job in helping my wife and I find houses that met our criteria. When it was time to go look at houses she was very flexible in working around our schedule and made us feel like we were her most important client. She quickly responded to any questions we had and you could definitely tell she knew her stuff. When we lost our first two offers she was very comforting and assured us with her positive attitude that the right house was out there and she was right. If you are looking for your dream home you definitely need to talk with Rachel, you will NOT be disappointed.

I had grown tired of going through realtors that were unable to place my needs first on their priority list. As I was ready to throw in the towel, along came Ms. Rachel Reaves sort of like Minnie Mouse to save my day! As housing is being snapped up in Michigan, she was willing to go all over the Michigan map to accommodate me. Not only was I looking to purchase a Condo, I was also looking to sell my home. Double duties had me overwhelmed. The amount of effort and time Ms. Reaves put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, she spent her entire evening walking me through the “big picture.” From there on out, she was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need but needed for the sake of my sanity) every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to Ms. Reaves. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially since I felt challenged. From an expectations perspective, I don’t know how Ms. Reaves does it.Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. She is a winner in my book!
