Rafie was heaven sent; we bought and sold a several homes, not only did she help us in selling and buying, also finding us a renter for one of the homes we kept. I tried many realtors over the past 12 years years in the Sarasota area as well on the East Cost of Florida; and nothing like Rafie, her skill and talent for finding and negotiating goes beyond excellent. She is the true Realtor that works for you and no other. I wish I had meat her 15 years ago.

She was very helpful and responsive in dealing with her on the sale of my daughters house and helping to convince the seller to sell the new house to us rather than any of the 4 other people that were bidding on it at the time we were very much hoping the sellers would select us and they did thanks to Raffie.

Raffie did her research before we got to Florida from Texas. We used her before, so we high expectations for the trip, and expected to successfully buy a home. Everything went as expected; we reviewed about 15 homes and made two visits to a few homes. By the time we left, we had a home under contract, and it was at a price and under the terms we were pleased with.
