Mr. Rajagopal has been a great help for us to find the house we wanted. He has shown the house which met our taste and need. We (me and my wife) met him for a property he was contact person on zillow. Though that property was not we liked but he guided us for the properties we might like. He is very experienced and knowledgeable for real estate need. He introduced us the other people for closing as well. He helped us on deciding the house price to bid with right price. Later he negotiated the price for few more bucks to make it a great buy for us. Over all a very pleasant, smooth and hassle free home buying experience.

1511 Edison Glen Terrace is sold. Mr Raja was excellent in process completion from start to end. Keep it up. Mr. Raja has top knowledge in his field. Mr. Raja also helped in the process of acquiring necessary permits and all formalities that needed to be done. We did not have time to devote for this process and Mr. Raja helped in this regard a lot. He also arranged closing and guided throughout the process.

My review is long overdue but Raja is our 2nd Realtor. After obtaining him from a previous realtor he wasted no time in finding properties that was within our preferences(location, price, size,etc etc...) this was our first home so we didn't know what expect and how the process would be. Raja walked us through A to Z and beyond. Everything will be transparent and HONEST with him. With decades of experience in the industry you can ask him about anything and everything He will give you his best personal advice and guidance as if he is buying his own personal home. It's been little bit over 1 year since we moved in to our "American Dream" home and I still call him about any questions I have You can also get a chance to listen to him on Indian radio 100.7 or 104.3 fm in central NJ. Overall, I am very glad that I found a realtor like Raja and I will most definatley recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home or have any questions regarding real esTate. :)

Friends of ours decided to sell their home in Edison and move to Florida. They met with several real estate agents. Raja Kanukollu was the most knowledgeable and the most professional of them all. Based on his grasp of the changing real estate market, and by following his clever advice, my friends got a considerably higher price for their home than the other agents had predicted, and to their delight, it took less than 3 weeks for Raja to find them the right buyers. Raja is now helping my husband and me to find a home in Edison that we can afford. He has already shown us several houses in Edison which are really good deals – just not a perfect fit for us. We are definitely sticking with this gentleman!

Thank you, Raja for being diligent professional. For all those seeking a home in NJ and beyond, I highly recommend Raja as the ONLY REAL ESTATE AGENT YOU WILL EVER NEED. I now live outside of NJ, but for referrals outside his practice state, he has not only helped me but has continued to help my friends and extended family in Ohio and even Virginia, by not just recommending a local agent but working with him and us to get us the best deals. We have experienced real estate agents who are professional in sales but only care for the bottom line - money and rush to sell.
