Ralph and his Team were efficient and exceptional with handling our purchasing a home ??. My husband and I unable to fly back and forth cross country looking for an ideal residence due to a medical problem. It was a pleasure to work with Ralph and his team at Achieve Realty. He was always available (even on a holiday) to show a property, always answered his calls, was incredibly insightful and patient and kind. My husband and I were able to tour the property virtually with him and when actually on the property, he spent as much time as we needed. Ralph is a very upbeat person and very pleasant to work with. His team did a phenomenal job with the listing and the photos taken. Despite the rapidly changing economy (Fed increased the interest rates 4 times since the initial listing), Ralph still managed to get consistent showings throughout the time of listing. When it came to a final offer being made and accepted as well as the closing process, Ralph and his team handled the process professionally and seamlessly!! Things were initially slow because we were off season, but after Thanksgiving showings picked up. I was away from Naples until the middle of January. He kept me in the loop and handled negotiations and offered advice when I was unsure. I had no experience in selling anything. I felt very comfortable working with him.
