Randi has deep knowledge in so many different facets of the home-buying process from region to the types of homes built to the brass tacks of the purchasing process and the many ways it can go. She is a high-volume realtor who still makes the time to answer any/all inquiries and gives the attention to quell fears while also standing up for her clients fiercely. Randi does her research and is a trusted confidante who will give the unvarnished truth about a situation to help you make a decision. At no point in my home-purchasing process did I feel that Randi was pushing me or like she was out just "for the commission" like some realtors can come across. She has a vast network of people to call on throughout your purchasing process and is never offended if you want to get a second opinion. She also does a great job of working in partnership with the seller's agent to get a closing over the line.

From the very beginning in evaluating the worth of the property, to reccomendations for lawyers, inspectors, even folks to take my junk away and then mailing me my check after a closing i was not able to be at, Randi was always willing and able to get it done.
