Rebecca met me immediately and showed me the house. Before I got to my next destination, she had already emailed by condo information (by-laws, etc.) Very responsive to needs. Never any delays whatsoever.

I was hesitant to work with a a realtor I had not met before, however Rebecca exceeded all of our expectations. She was ALWAYS available to show us houses, brain storm, and talk. I would recommend her highly and will definitely use her again.

Where do I even start By saying How wonderful this woman is Not only did she find me a beautiful home BUT also there whn I needed her NEVER missed a phone call and on top of that she found my mom A great home at the same time looking for me.. Rebecca is friendly, professional and honest. My wife and I had our own idea of what we thought our house was worth. She brought us back to reality and priced our house to sell. Rebecca does due diligence and does her research in making sure that your house is priced closely to the comps and priced better than the competition. Rebecca is extremely knowledgeable and reliable. She made me and my wife feel like we and our house were her priority. She frequently showed our house (as her schedule permitted) and always provided feedback that was helpful to us in making adjustments to price and showing appeal. She sold our house within 60 days of listing with her. I would highly recommend her if your selling or buying. She is AWESOME!

Rebecca was very helpful with the purchase of my first home. She was very flexible and responsive to any house showings that I wanted to view. She also provided good advice about pricing and other deal terms when I made an offer on two houses. Finally, she was able to provide guidance during the closing and inspection processes on the house I eventually ended up purchasing.

How do I even begin to explain how excellent Rebecca is. My husband works with Mr. Smith, so the connection was pretty easy and from there, the magic just flowed. Rebecca has a very personal touch when it comes to finding you forever domicile. She knew all of the pros and cons of the locations my husband and I were looking at as well as property taxes, which was a huge deciding factor. Rebecca is extremely punctual, she would arrive at the properties before us, several times. She was insightful about home possibilities, such as lighting, walls, decor, and so on, which made the process of looking at homes more fun and exciting.
