You are about to make one of the largest transactions of your life. Choosing the correct Realtor is the most important part of this process. Biography
Native of California and Sacramento area resident since 1982. Husband to a wonderful wife Stacie and father to sons Joseph and Brandon and daughter Melissa. I have been involved in Real Estate since 1993 beginning my career in Real Estate Management with a very large Real Estate holdings company. During my ten years with that company I elevated my way to the top, holding the position of Assistant Director of Real Estate Operations, responsible for the operation and success of a multitude of residential and commercial investments spread throughout the Sacramento and Central Valleys. I have held nearly every possible position in Real Estate Management.
In 1998 I became a licensed California Realtor and eventually decided to step away from Real Estate Management and put my skills to work in Real Estate Sales. I brought with me, a first hand knowledge of most all areas of Real Estate…from building construction to market trends, and everything in between.
So... now, here I am, doing what I absolutely love to do…personally helping the people of Sacramento with all of their Real Estate needs.
I enjoy being involved in all facets of Real Estate including home sales, commercial sales & leasing, land aquisition and income & investment opportunities, but my passion is in Residential Home Sales. Nothing quite compares to the gratification that I get when I've just helped a new client purchase their very first home, or helping another find their ultimate dream home, or the seller that got to experience a smooth, nearly hands free transaction. These are the moments that make my career in Real Estate an absolute pleasure.

I was introduced to Reed by my friend to purchase my house. Working with Reed exceeded any of my expectations. We interviewed three realtors to list and sell our home. Reed stood out from all the others. He showcased our home with day and dusk photos, including aerial shots, and sent a mailer that blanketed the region featuring our home. Reed and team kept us well informed throughout the selling process and helped us navigate through the multiple offers to select the best offer for our home and situation. Have known Reed Block for several years now! He's a good guy with a good heart! He took us thru the looking and buying process, and explained everything along the way as we went. Finally bought a house here in Citrus Heights last year. Reed even had a home warranty plan on the house which we used when the hot water tank went out not long after moving in. Reed was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Reed sold out house within three days in Kavala Ranch in Rancho Cordova in May of this year. He met with us prior and was very thorough and knowledge in his presentation. He was always available either by phone or email. Reed also helped me find a home in Galt. He explained and guided me through the buying process. I highly recommend Reed Block.

This was a whirlwind of an adventure. Reed was there from the beginning, walking us through every step and ensuring that we understood what was happening. He and his team did a fantastic job on the suggestions and photos for the listing. Reed was very responsive to my phone calls and emails. This was a very fast showing and offer process as well as the closing. We would have never been able to navigate everything without his help. Reed and his team did an amazing job for my wife and I. We sold a house after 17 years and he made save recommendation to how we could get the best price and the fastest sell. We agreed to all of his recommendations and the home had an offer in less than week after we put it up for sale. In the end, we received $13,000 more than our original expectations (from our own research) after some small investments he recommended and concessions to the buyer. He was extremely responsive, the staging and the photos made the home look amazing, and I would I highly recommend him and his team to anyone. By the way, the gift basket he sent to our new home after closing was amazing!

Reed and Alex are a great team! We have bought 2 houses through them and they were very easy to work with. They gave us all the needed information and answered all our questions to help us decide if the home was right for us. Reed pointed out certain things at the homes we looked at, that we wouldn't think to look at.
