Regina has been extremely patient and helpful through out the whole experience. I have been dealing with Regina for 4 years trying to find the right home. Very helpful; honest and hard working trying to find the right one for us. Well on 09/29/15 we closed on our house. Thank you very much! I definitely recommend Regina as your realtor!

Regina got the job done. That's what you need to know. I don't conduct real estate transactions frequently,she answered my questions, submitted my offer and I got the property. If you want to buy the property you look at....use Regina. Refer to my first sentence. Good luck all.

We would highly recommend Regina for buying a house. She had the patience it help us find a house when we were in a tight schedule and during winter. She answers all questions in depth and is very knowledgable about the area. She also helped us to sell the same house a few years later and again was able to answer all questions.

Regina was my realtor for selling my home and the purchase of another. Unprofessional experience I’ve had. Asked to see Home I was purchasing to see basement never answered my calls and when she did she could never get me there. She made me go to walk through by myself with seller being there. She put her interests before her clients. Always too busy and never showing up when she had made an appointment.

I have had a very positive experience with Regina Thoenig.She showed me the homes I wanted to see very promptly,was very friendly and professional. She also kept me updatedon the market nearly daily.I ultimately bought a home in another market so I don't know her negotiation skills but bet they they are excellent.She was very helpful to me, 5 stars

My Fiance and myself scheduled an appointment on Thursday June 11 at 11:oo am with Regina. I had called her and we corresponded via Email.No further contact was scheduled as this initial contact was two days prior to our appointment. I wanted to meet at 11:00, but Regina suggested 12:00 to be safe.We arrived at 10:30, I called Regina at 11:15, at which time I got her voice mail. I left her amessage that we had arrived and already looked at one property.She NEVER called back to responded in any way,
