Ms. Bank has been angel in the past 5 yrs. I have brought 2 homes and sold 1 with her expert help. The were times when other agents have refuse to show me a house and she would go out of her way, to be there for me. She knows the market well and how to best show case homes. I have to say that working with Regine as a first time home buyer, was an amazing. From the very beginning she never dropped the ball, she negotiated to get everything we wanted and needed at the prices we wanted. The response time to questions and concerns where met and answered nearly emmdiately everything, and if not emmdiately at least by end of day. Our closing was trully horrific due the incompetence of the mortgage broker/processor. But there was Regine standing with my wife and I on here phone and laptop doing her job and brokers job calling everyone going above and beyond her role as our realtor. I truly can't sing her praises enough. My wife and I know who to call for our future property endeavors. Regine was great to work with during the entire process. Very prompt, knowledgeable, excellent communication, and very easy to work with. We were buying from out of state and she volunteered to accompany my father (who lives in FL) in viewing properties, used Facetime to show us the property, shared her HONEST thoughts on each one and provided excellent guidance. Regine is our real estate Hero! She went above and beyond to negotiate a great price and spent tons of her time showing me the home on several occasions.
