Renee Day’s roots encompass all of Western NY. She lives in Amherst and is at home with the towns and villages of the Northtowns. Her heart remains in the city where she had a business for (removed several) years and appreciates all the cultural experiences the city offers. Having an office in the Southtowns, where she grew up, allows her to enjoy WNY’s small-town communities, quiet countryside, and scenic rolling hills.

WE met Renee while she was hosting an open house for another agent. After speaking to her, we decided we liked her and we asked her to be our agent. Gave good pros and cons of the localities where each house was situated and what the comps were, the desirability of each area, how long the properties were on the market, etc. Organized and thorough in her research and good follow though to requests, in a timely fashion.
