Renee was insightful and has her client's interests at heart. I spent 5 months looking at homes with her as we narrowed our list down to the final 5. Renee was always attentive, counted in all aspects of the homes we looked at, and continued a steady and persistent hunt for our perfect home. She works deligently, effectively, and whole heartedly for her clients. Punctuality and honesty are her top qualities. She really takes her time when needed and gets things accomplished right down to the day of closing. She has wonderful repore with her clients even after the closing and offers her clients life long commitment and service. She is a true gem! Superior service!

Renee did an outstanding job for us, in the aspects of the job listed above, plus in other areas. Because of her lengthy experience, Renee was insightful and knowledgeable about all situations. She has successsful experience with pretty much every kind of home selling situation, so she was poised and reassuring when things were uncertain or unclear; this helped us stay calm during the sometimes stressful experience of marketing our home and going through the steps of finalizing the sale. Renee is savvy about where to price a home, which helped us earn what we needed to net from the sale. She did an excellent job on managing the offers and counteroffers.Renee was pleasant, cheerful and positive at all times, which gave us confidence and helped us be upbeat even when things got a little stressful, as usually happens when buying or selling a home. She is personable, polite and easy to work with, has a good and appropriate sense of humor, and we had a good rapport with her throughout.
