Rhonda was patient with me and persistent in helping me to find a wonderful condo I could both afford and that would allow me to bring along my dog. Rhonda helped my partner and I buy our first home! She walked us through every step of the process and was available for the urgent questions and concerns that came up along the way. I appreciated her honesty about the condition and value of the property-- she knew we were in love with the house but didn't want us to overpay or underestimate needed repair/renovation costs. Her expertise really shined with the offer we put in, which was accepted because of smart and appealing terms that worked for us and the sellers, and which a less experienced realtor might not have considered. On top of it all, this happened in the span of a week in the holiday season. Rhonda is such a competent realtor. She sold our home in 10 days, with multiple offers for $25K above listing price. Even our town assessors office asked if they could hand out her business cards because they were so impressed with how thorough she was. They said we chose one of the best in the business. Rhonda does her homework. She isn’t afraid to give you the advice you need to get top dollar for your home. She’s wonderful.

Rhonda was amazing to work with. Given the market conditions, we ended up working with Rhonda for about a year before she helped us find the perfect house for us. She really worked hard for us during that year and helped answer the thousands of questions we had, becoming someone we really trusted! You would be very lucky to work with her! She is the best!

We worked with Rhonda looking for a downsize in the amazingly tight Amherst area for just about a year - and finally found a perfect house! Rhonda was absolutely wonderful to work with; very patient, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive ( a big plus for us). She was tireless! She helped us every step of the way, provided suggestions for inspectors, watched out for pitfalls we might have missed, and stayed with us straight through closing.
