Rhonda Cohen is the best real-estate agent we've ever worked with. She steered us away from a house that wasn't right for us and then alerted us as soon as the house we really wanted popped back on the market. She knows all sorts of tricks for getting your bid in front of the rest and she used them all. Then she plugged us into her network of suppliers and contractors, who have been excellent. We couldn't recommend her more highly.

I could not have dreamed of a better agent than Rhonda to help me sell my house. Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help me! After my mom’s passing, I needed to sell her home. Finding and partnering with Rhonda made a difficult situation much easier. Rhonda did a fantastic job helping us find a great home in Northampton, MA. Her knowledge of the Pioneer Valley market was invaluable. Living two hours away in Boston made the process of finding a home a bit more challenging for us. My husband and I enlisted Rhonda Cohen as a buyer’s agent to buy a condo in Northampton, and the experience could not have gone more smoothly. First, Rhonda is a careful listener. I can’t believe how incredibly lucky we were to have Rhonda assigned to us by Zillow when we first proceeded seriously with our house search. (She’s actually leagues above the realtor we chose from reviews for selling our house, which was sadly out of her geographical range of expertise). Rhonda is an incredibly genuine and knowledgeable person. She is an amazing communicator, both in speed of responsiveness and quality of response. She is great at explaining things and making sure you get a quality house.

We have bought and sold homes a few times over the years, and our experience working with Rhonda was absolutely the best ever. We started looking with only a vague idea of what we wanted or where, and Rhonda patiently took us to see a number of houses in several towns, gradually offering more advice -- always good -- as we homed in on what we needed. From looking to offering to closing and even afterward, our sense that Rhonda was working for us as buyers never wavered. She's also a delightful person to spend a day with, and we're going to miss visiting homes with her.

I can’t emphasize enough how Rhonda exceeded our expectations in every way, shape and form.What impressed us more than anything was that Rhonda made it clear again and again that her priority was finding the right house for us.Her incredible knowledge of the local market and keen eye for detail made us feel confident from the very start that we were in good hands.But beyond that she was always incredibly jealous with her time and we always felt 100% confident that she was looking out for our best interests.We saw a lot of houses that were ‘good enough’ and with another agent we could have easily been pressured to make an offer but Rhonda always promised that we would know when we found the right house and that we didn’t have to settle and in the end she was right. Rhonda is an excellent and knowledgeable realtor who played an integral part in securing our new home. She has an unparalled understanding of the finances of buying a home and got us to a place where we could make smart choices with our money. Her commitment and communication are of the highest level. We were referred to Rhonda to help us purchase a home for a long-distance move. Rhonda worked with us for 10 months and most of that time we were out of state. Rhonda was endlessly patient, persevering and available to us as we searched for homes from afar. She was willing to do innumerable virtual visits with us and talk us through the various neighborhoods we were considering. She knows the area very well and provided insightful and helpful information. Her strong background in economics is an unusual and very helpful asset that she brings to the table. Several times she provided us with wise insight and perspective that helped us make important decisions.When we finally moved to the area, we ran into some complicated real estate situations, separate from anything she had influence over. Rhonda was informed, patient and supportive as we navigated these situations until we were able to find a home that fit all of our needs. Rhonda is personable, kind, funny, warm, clever and refreshingly authentic and down-to-earth. She knows the real estate market in western mass very well and has excellent rapport with other agents as well as their respect. She is earnest, works with integrity and expects the best for her clients. There were many times she pointed out issues in houses that we would not have been privy too. Most importantly, she wanted us to LOVE our new home and get the best possible option for our needs and within our budget. I cannot recommend her more highly.
