House came on market and the first day had multiple offers. Rhonda worked diligently to get me the house. She stayed on top of it and didn't let anything slip through the cracks, while she was on vacation across the world and still negotiated the deal.

Buying a home for the first time, in 2021, was a wild, exhausting, complicated experience. But it was all made infinitely easier and less stressful by our fantastic, amazing realtor, Rhonda Cremin.To say that Rhonda is an experienced, practiced professional would be an incredible understatement. I have never met anyone who is THIS good at their job. Rhonda is deeply knowledgeable about every single little aspect of the homebuying process, and she walked us through it with so much patience and grace. You will make a million decisions while you buy a home, and not all of them will be perfect, but hiring Rhonda is 100%, without a doubt, the absolute best choice anything looking to purchase could possibly make.We began looking to buy a home in early 2020. Things quickly became complicated due to COVID, and coupled with us being very particular about what we wanted, that meant finding a place for us was that much harder. But Rhonda never got impatient with us or pressured us to offer on any property we didn't really love. She diligently sent us relevant listings and took us to see every property we were interested in personally, within a day of us expressing interest. She was so responsive, communicative, and patient, no matter what we needed or how silly our questions were! Though things were highly competitive in our market, we were very cautious and did not want to get caught up in the frenzy. And Rhonda was so incredibly respectful of this caution. While she would expertly advise us on how to make our offers as competitive as possible, we were never pressured to go over our budget, or waive anything we were uncomfortable with. She was there to get us a house we really, genuinely adored, no matter how long that took. And Rhonda did find us a house we adore. We are currently living in it right now! Thanks to her we are happily in our dream home. No amount of praise can really accurately describe how fabulous she was to work with--just hire her yourself and you'll see!

Rhonda is nothing short of amazing. We started our home buying journey in 2017 before we got married and she has been with us every step of the way.Rhonda understood what we were looking for in a home and was extremely knowledgeable helping us look at over 40 houses during the last couple of years. She not only pointed out how a house met our needs, but was also honest about why something may not have been exactly what we are looking for. We never felt pressured and the entire process was a delight.We couldn’t be more thankful as we move into our new home. She guided me step by step through the entire process! She was present for everything from showing me the house, home inspection and closing!!
