In found Rhonda through a SOLD sign on a property in my target neighborhood. She was very responsive to my first follow-up call. After determining my interest I was added to her targeted mailing list. Within weeks, I identified a property from her list. After spending a weekend in Baltimore and checking out a few properties, she helped with facilitating the offer on the property I closed on April 20th. She connected me with a very reputable mortgage broker and assisted with the process of identifying a contractor to bid for renovation. Ultimately we settled on a CASH sale and she also provided guidance through the closing process. After a successful close we are now working on a second deal with a target close date of June 17th. Throughout both processes Rhonda has been personable, knowledgeable, dependable, consistent and a joy to work with. I look forward to a continued partnership.

Rhonda was amazing in walking me through the process. This was the first time we have ever placed a home in rental. I was clueless on what to do. We will definitely reach out to her again when the time comes!
