Ms. Rhonda Martin never gave up on me. We were working with the cash partner initially for the purchase of the house I was living in. The house I was living in failed inspection and my lease was up September 30th, 2021. Unfortunately, the owner of the house I was living in did not want to extend the lease. He wanted to sell all of his Georgia properties. I had no other choice but to move out immediately. I started working with Ms. Martin to look at houses. There were a few houses I liked, but there were rental restrictions such as not able to lease in certain communities and you can't purchase a home from specific companies. Ms. Martin never gave up when I wanted to. Looking at all those houses became exhausting. In many cases, we were outbided on two occasions. Finally, Ms Martin sent me a list of houses, and I selected one house that was really nice. I was nervous because I thought that the cash buyer would reject the house if there was any kind of issue. But this time, we struck gold. This was all due to Ms. Martin's perseverance and patience in working with me and the process of the cash buyer. Her strength and dedication strengthened me. I have never been through this type of situation before, but Ms. Martin's was engaging and knew what I had been through. Based on her knowledge and insight, I was able to stay focused on my goal. At the end of the day, I was to get in nice house in a great location and community. She checked off all the boxes. Based on all of the houses we toured, she knew the type of house I liked. We hit the jackpot. The house closed and I'm looking forward to moving in a few weeks. This was all due to Ms. Martin's dedication. She would say, "We are going to keep looking". Thank you Ms. Martin for not giving up on me or the process.

I found Rhonda on google. She had great reviews, so I gave her a call. We met that day at my condo that I was trying to sell. That was on Oct 3rd, 2022. We talked for a bit and looked at comparables near me, so we would be on the same page as far as my asking price. We both were thinking the same price but hers was a little bit higher. So, we naturally went with her price. She's the expert after all. On Oct 10th I got an offer for 7 thousand higher than my asking price, plus two other offers. We naturally went with the highest one. I was feeling really good. After the due diligence period, the buyer got cold feet because the interest rate went up which caused her monthly payment to increase. It was disappointing, I can't lie but when you have a professional on your side, it's all good. I received that buyer's earnest money since she defaulted on our contract. Rhonda had me back under contract 3 days later for nearly the same money. She even had a backup offer. Now that's what I call a 5-star Realtor. She negotiated a short due diligence period so the second buyer could not tie up my property too long.The old closing was for 10/31/22, the new one was 11/4/22. Keep in mind this is all going on when housing prices are decreasing left and right, and the interest rate increased to 7%. Well, we closed on that date, 31 days after we met. I can't thank Rhonda enough. Shés an angel and the best there is! If I could give her 10 stars I would! Thank you, thank you Rhonda Martin! FYI, I walked away from the closing table with 5 thousand more than I was asking for.

I've known Rhonda Martin for 20+ years. In that time she's proven herself to be a top notch real estate agent and friend. I value her work so much that I referred another friend to her, for which they completed a real estate purchase together. However, when it was my turn to buy my first house, there was no one else I would call. Up to that point she'd brokered 2 real estate leases for me - - a service I didn't know she provided only to segue into an amazing purchasing experience. We closed on my house a month ago and I couldn't be happier!

She was amazing. My son was moving to Atlanta, and I called her when he had trouble with a rental house that he booked online. She answered on the second ring!
