Rich looked for a home and property that I could afford for almost 2 years and then he scored me the place of my dreams. Best part is it was in my price range.

Rich was very personable and helpful from the beginning of the process until the very end. If he noticed a flaw within the property, he would always let us know ahead of time. He was very honest and open not to mention great at what he does. As first time home buyers we were very nervous about the process but Rich was very knowledgable which made us feel comfortable and the whole process a breeze.

According to Zillow, the top three reasons people dislike their real estate agents include - “the feeling you are being pressured to close", “a perceived lack of transparency” and the sense of being ignored. As an out-of-state buyer, I came across Rich via Zillow. His level of enthusiasm to offer all the necessary assistance as a real estate professional was plenty from the onset. Every mode of communication I had with him was responded quickly and genuinely. Rich is an atypical realtor who does not focus solely on closing the sale but rather he speaks from the heart and does not pretend to have an answer on all things in the Universe. The closing process on my purchase was quick and without the usual surprises I personally had encountered over and again in similar transactions elsewhere. Finding a real estate agent nowadays can be done instantaneously on the Web. However, encountering an experienced realtor such as Rich Rietcheck who lacks the aforementioned negativities requires luck. I've know Rich for a good 6 years. He has great knowledge and experience . I wouldon't highly recommend him as an agent. Great personality and easy to work with. Straight forward and won't string you along like most Realtors.

Rich went above and beyond. He showed me houses during evenings and weekends. Rich has vast knowledge in all aspects of purchasing a home from inspections, value, cost of repairs to financing agents. My husband and I purchased our home back in September of 2014.Rich was our realtor, he had been extremely helpful in our property search. He made himself available to show us listing's anytime we called, even after hours.Rich did not just try to sell us a house, he would go above and beyond, even crawling under the homes to check things out!He was very knowledgeable on the area, notifying us on wetland's and/or floodland's, things that we would have never thought of being fairly new to the area.If we are ever in the market for another property, we will definitely be going to Rich in our search.Tammy L.
