We had a great experience with Rich! All in all, the process of thinking on the numerous areas throughout the Triangle, and then even to the level of which neighborhood we wanted to live took about five months and Rich was very patient with us over this time. In the end we bought our new home with Rich and sold our current one with him as well as we trusted him and felt comfortable with him throughout the process of buying. Rich was even able to coordinate a same day close on both homes, which is becoming more increasingly difficult. Rich has a great knowledge of the area, always did his homework and came to each showing with all of the information we needed, he always arrived at places early to inspect it himself and to show us things we might miss, and he also has a construction background which was very helpful as many homes we looked at we considered various contract work. We would strongly recommend Rich, who provides an experience anyone would want in buying or selling a home. He was very responsive, coached us, was patient, had a great list of contractors and vendors who created a great listing for the home we were selling (photos, power washing, advertising, etc.) and then lined up all jobs we needed done on our new home.

Rich was a pleasure to work with. My mom had a very tight budget and he was able to help her look at several great properties on a very tight schedule as she was from out of town. He was very knowledgeable and helped her work through several different unique situations that arose when we were interacting with the sellers. My mom can be a bit over the top but Rich was very patient with her and explained how everything worked every step of the way. She was in great hands with Rich and now she's moved into her new place and loving it so far! Thanks so much for everything you did for us Rich!

I first met Rich is Jul 2024 and began the process of finding a home in Cary upon my relocation from California. We looked at many houses and areas in the greater Raleigh area then and again in Nov 2024 and March 2025. In the interim, Rich set me up to receive automated MLSs in my location of interest area and price range. Miraculously I was in Cary when a listing came up that I knew I needed to see immediately. Rich met me there an hour later, and we immediately began the offer paperwork. Although I was in California moving and selling my house there, Rich was the "boots on the ground" in the Cary area and was on top of everything and kept me well informed. If I didn't understand something, he thoroughly explained it to me. Not only does he have the expertise in real estate, but he's just a really nice guy who I now consider a friend.

Rich was such a joy to work with in the homebuying process. He had so much patience with us as we went through the daunting process of searching for our perfect home from out of state (AZ). He taught us all of the ins and outs of the areas around Raleigh, what to look out for in a home (especially with us being new to crawlspaces and to all of the rain in NC!), and helped us to negotiate when the time came.
