Rich was great throughout the whole process of finding and touring homes. He was so “on top of it” from start to finish and was always pleasant to work with. Once we found our dream home and entered the contract period, Rich was always there for us and did research and answered our questions as they came up. Near our closing date, my husband became seriously ill and we were unable to travel to NC for our closing. Rich was super helpful and made himself available to cover tasks that we simply could not handle at distance. Our many thanks to Rich for his diligence and professionalism. Richard was, in one word, amazing. We depended on him while living in Florida and looking for a home in North Carolina. He completed an enormous amount of video tours for us, and by doing so, not only spent long hours but also traveled long distances. Rich was indispensable in my search for a home. I couldn't imagine actually owning a house, and I met Rich in those early stages. He is incredibly patient and generous with his time and wisdom. This was our 9th purchase of a new home over the years and Rich was simply the best agent we have ever had assist with this process. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area and his follow through and communication on all issues throughout the process was outstanding. We were moving from out of state and required some additional assistance and he could not have been any more helpful to make the process as simple as possible. Rich was amazing through our process of purchasing a new home and selling our old house in time to close for the new home. We had signed a contract for the new home before even listing our old home, which we needed to sell prior to closing on the new home. Rich advised us and represented us for both the purchase and sale. He referred us to the professionals that we needed along the way including the folks that worked with us for financing when our old lender fell through. Rich showed us homes from Greensboro to the east side of raleigh and as far south as Pittsboro where we ended up purchasing over a significant period of time without ever making us feel any pressure to select or commit to any of the homes. He listened to our needs and desires and worked with us. Aside from al of this Rich is just a genuinely NICE guy. It’s great to find a business partner who in the end you consider a friend. Highly recommended!!!
