Through the fault of the financing company, Rich was unable to short-sale my house. However, I do need to point out it wasn't for lack of trying on Rich's part! He stuck w/me and the sale for over a year - presenting buyer after buyer to this very unreasonable company. Definatly an A for effort. PS He even continued to assist me in dealing w/them after being removed from the sale due to their convenient memory loss on promises made to end our transaction! Thank you Rich.

Rich was recommended to me by my sister and brother in law, who had an extremely productive home purchasing experience thanks to Rich. Rich really lived up to praise from my sister. He is an attentive listener who can accurately identify your needs and wants. He was also great at resolving the complicated issues that threatened our home purchase, he never gave up when the situation became extreme. In addition to all of his above skills, Rich is one of the most reliable people I have had the privilege to work with. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a top notch Realtor.

Rich was a blessing when we were buying our home. He was constantly in touch with mortgage broker, HOA, and selling agent, answering all enquiries from them and us. He certainly went that extra mile! There is no doubt- we would not be owning this property if Rich Gierulski was not our realtor!

We have worked with Rich on 2 home searches in Charlotte County (in 2010 and 2012). He was incredibly patient and determined to find us exactly what we wanted. Rich is incredibly knowledgeable about neighborhoods, property values, and the market. He was an indispensable and trusted advisor when evaluating the various homes on the market and in negotiating the final price. Rich is by far the best we have worked with (and we have purchased over 6 properties in 10 years in 3 states). We would not even consider using another realtor in Charlotte County.

My husband and I moved here from out of state. Rich started working with us months in advance via telephone and email before we made a trip to Florida. He was always very responsive and had a good idea what we wanted to purchase. Upon our arrival to Florida he was very attentive to our needs and wants in our new home. Rich made this transition for us very simple and smooth. We had a great experience with him and do and will continue to recommend him for anyone selling or buying in this area. Rich was very professional and accommodating. We came from out of state and had very little time to look. He dropped everything to help us. What I liked most is that Rich didn’t try to persuade us into buying something we really did want. (Like some realtors do) He had patience until we found the right place for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Gierulski, is a very honest and knowledgeable realtor. He was a great listener and understood exactly what I was looking for in a home. He worked tirelessly to make it happen. He was prompt in responding to phone calls and always made time to look at one more house. He even made himself available on the weekends and evenings. Buying a home can be a miserable experience, but Mr. Gierulski made it as pleasant as possible. He was extremely professional and gracious from start to finish.
