Fast forward three kids and seven years later, we were ready to purchase a bigger home for our growing family. We didn’t hesitate to contact Richard to help us find our new home. Just like seven years before, Richard was patient, punctual, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and again he had our best interest at heart. He never pressured us, even when we felt like we had invested in so much time and energy on a particular property, he reminded us that “he was working for us,” and that we could “always go back to the drawing board.” I have and would most definitely recommend Richard Matthews without hesitation. It took me a long time to find my home and throughout the whole process Rick was so very patient with me. Rick was great to explain every part of the process with me. If it wasn't for Rick, I don't think I would have my home right now. So grateful for Rick.

Good agent, good person, good friend. Rick helped me, my wife and my children find a place where we call home. There was never any pressure to buy or even a hint of it. Rick always made himself available and ready to show any property I was interested in. He would inquire on the property so I had all the information on it. Prior to the visit and if not he would fill me in as soon as he got the information. I found him very honest and professional. Through the many months of searching he was very patience and dilligent in finding the right property for me. Would I use him again? Definitly and I plan to.

When I first had contact with Rick Matthews, my house was in default and foreclosure was imminent. Additionally, there were several issues with the condition of the house. My only hope was to hopefully sell my house before the Bank set a sell date. Rick not only sold my house before I lost it but, he also understood the anxiety I was experiencing and his support and understanding help get me get through a very troubling time in my life.
