Richard Querney "Q" demonstrated the utmost professionalism in speaking with us about selling our house, staging it to show well, AND he had an incredibly extensive network of clients throughout the western states.Not only did he tell us what to expect during the listing process but he suggested a realistic price range to improve interest from potential buyers. In addition, Q recommended a slight increase in the sales commission to boost other realtors' interest in showing our house. It sold so quickly that we had to rent back our house for 2 months until our new house was ready. He is AMAZING! My husband is a disabled Veteran and had special needs. We told him what we wanted and he found it in a few days. We looked at 2 homes and decided to buy the second one. Richard was always there for us and helped simplify the process for us. This was our first home late in life and he explained everything so we could understand it. He is honest, professional and a very caring man. He's a 10 in our book.

Wow, Richard was dedicated to me and my mission to get a home with a view. He was always available. He always offered me new listings. Each time I showed an interest in a home he immediately met with me. He would always say " call me for anything". What he said would happen always happened. That's a trustworthy man. My home purchase went very smooth and really quick with no paperwork errors what so ever. I'm so happy with my home. The view is awesome. Richard even bought me a beautiful brand new garage door and garage door opener after closing. Wow Factor!!!!!, what a great Agent !
