Mr. Willliams was very professional and honest with showing me the two available properties. I was also very impressed with his real estate knowledge about the special programs that are currently available for first time homebuyers and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! him to anyone looking to purchase a home. Mr. Williams was found to be very pleasent and helped us out so much. We enjoyed talking to him and he was very knowledge. Listened to what we were wanting and thats what he took us to, upfront and honest, thats what we look for. Great personality. Thank you again Rich for your kind help.

I have closed on my house and I just have to say how wonderful Rich has been from the beginning all the way to the end. I highly recommended him. It was my first time buying a home and he explained the whole process to me and answered my questions. He always communicated with me and got back to me no matter the time or day. He also was willing to show me any house I wanted. When it came to the closing again the communication was amazing and he was incredibly helpful. When we had to get some documents signed at the last minute from the seller, Rich had them back to me in less than an hour. Even the snags toward the end with the mortgage and title company, Rich smoothed them over and had everything set and ready to go for my closing. No delays! On top of that, Rich was friendly and always made me feel like a valued client. He was wonderful to my family and me and I can say nothing but good things about him.

I’m so thankful I lucked up and found Rich for my agent. He was very helpful and always responded right away to answer my questions, set up every viewing I requested and always FOLLOWED THRU!! I will def use him again on my next purchase!!
