I learned right out of school, that paying rent was not allowing me to build wealth, nor did it provide any tax benefits. So at the ripe old age of 23, I bought my first house, and watched its value soar, as the Washington, DC market took off. At the time, I was selling high-tech to the White House and the Pentagon. I’ve bought my own homes in Atlanta, rehabbed and resold homes, built Habitat for Humanity homes, in addition to my real estate practice. My engineering degree helps me to understand building technology, and my MBA in Information Systems enables me to leverage the Internet-based real estate world in which we live.

When our clients want to buy a home, townhome, condo, loft or multi-family dwelling, they are concerned with more than just bedrooms and bathrooms. They need to know about their neighborhood, their neighbors, and their proximity to diverse community retailers and organizations. They are also more particular about the design and functional aspects of their new home. When our clients sell their homes, they realize the importance of presentation and appearance in marketing their home. They are exposing their personal space to the public, and they need to find the right décor to attract the right buyer. They need a Realtor who can help them prepare their home with the maximum curb appeal.
Our clients want to live throughout Atlanta, but have specific preferences for Decatur, Midtown, Ansley, Doraville, Buckhead - areas that appeal to them for particular reasons. Some buyers want older homes, with great character for a value price. Other buyers want the newest, cutting-edge style home that is just coming out of the ground, but needs no renovation. Some have furniture, pets or particular partners that they love, and need to pick a home based on those needs. Some of our clients are first-time or first-time in Georgia buyers. We offer the special support they need.
I have helped families sell and shop for homes to purchase and rent throughout the Atlanta region, with an emphasis on Buckhead, Brookhaven, Midtown and Decatur, the capital of DeKalb County. Decatur has terrific schools, great mass transit, and a vibrant downtown retail district.
