Since meeting Rick online, he's gone above and beyond to accommodate my wishes in finding a home in Mt. Airy NC. and helping me find an agent here in FL to sell my home. By being out of state it makes things a bit more complicated but he's been willing to take all the steps to make our sale much easier. I would recommend him as a professional individual who knows his business well.

When I requested a Broker to go see a property, Rick Hinkle called me back within 10 minutes and was able to show me the property the next day which was New Years day. He was very knowledgable and was able to help me. He wrote a contract on the property and was able to complete the offer in one day. Wonderfully helpful , and very patient with me being a first time house buyer. I would tell any body I knew who was house hunting to call him. I think he did a great job , especially as questions I had probably repeatedly ask him. If I ever buy another house or had a friend that was interested , he's the man!

Rick Hinkle is the best - always kept you abreast of anything that was going on. I had a short sale which is a very long process, but Rick was there every step of the way, working with the seller's Realtor, appraiser, home inspector and anyone else that was involved. I would highly recommend Rick for the job!!!

Rick was very helpful throught my first time home buying experience! He was very knowledgeable when we were looking at potential properties , due to his general contractor experience. Being nieve to the whole home buying process, Ricks guidance was very helpful in making me feel confident i was making the right decisions. After looking at several properties and a few that I thought i wanted that didnt work out. We finally found the best one! I never thought home buying could be such a nerve racking situation, but Rick made it go very smooth and went above and beyond what i thought a realtor would do.

Rick Hinkle showed us our first choice of homes.Then i decided this was the man to guide us through the home buying process.Rick is just a down to earth guy who knows how to guide you through finding your home and the financing. Had a little bad credit but rick told me how to fix that and he was right!!Thanks to Rick Hinkle im going to be a home owner in 2015.
