Mr. Toye listed, sold, and settled my multi-unit property in about 3 weeks. For sellers of commercial properties, he is capable of contacting and screening serious, fair-minded investors quickly and, as would be expected of a reputable licensed agent, work in the best interest of the seller. He is experienced selling multi-unit properties with tenants, thus is knowledgeable of the special/latest legal guidelines that must be followed when property ownership is transferred under these circumstances. If I sell any properties in the future, I will seek Mr. Toye's services again and recommend him to anyone buying or selling residential or commercial properties.

Mr,Toye is an excellent,outstanding and a very professional real estate agent. Who have been in this business for several years. He's a very reliable and dependable person who handle this business very seriously and make deals happen. He sticks with you from the beginning until a settlement has been made for your benefit and all parties involved.Awesome agent! For example we had an offer in October 2016 the buyer was very excited about settling on this home. There were some problems found by the inspector which the buyer at that time decided not to buy the home. Well we took the house off the market for a minute to make corrections and even added more to beautify the home. The house was put back on market and before you knew it we had an interested buyer all inspections passed and the house was sold.
