I have been actively involved in the real estate market since 1982 as a purchaser, investor, Mortgage Broker, and Realtor. Prior to my full-time reaI estate career, I had a 30 year career in the U.S. Army, where I was drafted a Private and retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. In addition, since 1994 I have been an Adjunct Professor at the following universities; Strayer University, Trinity university, Southeastern University, the University of The District of Columbia, Sojourner-Douglas College, and The Corcoran School of the Arts. I am a former member of the Silver Spring Chapter of Leads Club, Inc.; past President, DC Chapter of the National Assoc. of Black Mortgage Brokers; Maryland Assoc. of Mortgage Brokers, and past member of the National Assoc. of Mortgage Brokers.
