Rita was recommended to us by a friend and she proved to be as quick, trusting, and easy to work with as he said. She seemed happy to devote however much time we wanted to looking and showed us several houses before we found the one we liked. She was always helpful in pointing out pros and cons wherever she saw them. Once we found the place we liked she was really patient in explaining the process and helping us along on the entire process. She was extremely accurate in her estimates and her guidance was kindly offered and well appreciated. I would recommend anyone who wants to find a patient, knowledgeable, and fun agent to trust her.

This was our first time buying a house and I was impressed at how fast the whole process went especially during the Holiday season.
