I had the opportunity to purchase an investment property with the help of Rob Brooks Realty. Rob and his team members are very professional, have great knowledge and understanding of the local real estate market. At the time I made the purchase it was a very competitive market, and their advices proved to be incredibly valuable. I would recommend Rob to anyone buying homes in the panhandle area.

Rob Brooks Realty managed our house rental for 3 years and then when we were ready to sell it we sold it in less than a week! Everything was great! Will use him again in the future if I ever need a realtor in Pensacola area.

Rob was very easy to talk to, and we could tell that he was actually concerned with what we were looking for. He took the time to get to know my wife and I, and find out what our story was. He was upfront too with not being pressured to use him over another realtor. Rob was very upfront with common issues affecting the local home market, to include pointing out bad EIFS siding, cracks in walls, and other areas that I was unfamiliar with being from out of state.As an active duty member for 13 years who has dealt with many realtors and agents, I have not met anyone that I’ve trusted and felt a genuine connection with like I have with Rob. We loved working with him and will plan on using his expert knowledge when we move away to manage our property or purchase a second property.Also had great local knowledge and sent us to some fantastic local seafood places!

Paul Womack and Rob Brooks provided services far more than selling my home. It was an unexpected need to sell. Their professionalism, true caring, compassion, and more than full service helped to get my house sold. This past June my siblings and I inherited our family home. We were challenged with the task of selling our home with neither of the three of us living in Fort Walton Beach.
