Bob Berube is a true professional. He has all the knowledge you would expect from a competent agent, knows how to advertise the property to interest buyers, is extremely personable, patient and kind. With Bob's help, we did considerable looking in The Villages and Spruce Creek during two visits to the area. Although we opted to delay our move, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bob as a buyer's agent. He was prompt, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable about the area and the buying process. He made several useful suggestions as to what we might want to keep in mind when shopping for a retirement home in The Villages. In short, working with Bob was an excellent experience.

We were interested in looking at a 3 bedroom, 2 bath in a quiet neighbourhood and were so fortunate to have chanced upon Bob Berube to show us some properties. He really listened and sized up our needs, researched the inventory to come up with properties and off we went to visit prospective homes. In our first go-around we did not find the right home at the right price. Bob exercised a lot of patience with us and continued to look at available properties until the right one came along. Bob gave his "all" from the beginning until the closing and beyond. The best part is that Bob and Venise have become personal friends of ours. Our friendship will extend long into the future. We don't hesitate to refer Bob to those that express a desire to look for a home at "The Villages".

A potential home buyer is in good hands with Bob Berube. Friendly and extremely versed on all aspects of what the villages offers Bob's services did not end at the closing. He has been extremely helpful to my wife and I with everything from selecting a landscaper to recommending a contractor to remove the popcorn from our ceilings. Life in the villages is great, Bob makes it BETTER.

Bob found a house for us in Florida while we were still living in Virginia. It was exactly what we were looking for. Bob arranged a tour of the house, negotiated our offer with the sellers, set up a closing date and took care of all the details leading up to the closing. It was a turn-key experience.Bob listened to what we wanted and found the house.He had the knowledge and experience to present our information in the negotiations and then arrange all the individual players in the closing process to produce an outcome satisfactory to everyone.We could not be more pleased.

Bob's help was excellent for us. I found the house of my dreams and he negotiated for us even if he was the agent for the seller and buyer. A very fair agent to all of us. Always answered my questions and since we were in different state he always got back w/us in adequate time. Very helpful to find a great contractor too. A man We feel you can trust.
