Bob went well out of his way when he helped my wife and I buy our home. We were first-time buyers who didn't know a thing about the whole purchase process and all of the options involved, and Bob was very patient as he worked with us to educate us about everything from start to finish. From start to finish, buying or selling Bob stays on top of the project. We set the guidelines for the project together and from there on its all Bob. Finding the property, negotiating the price, getting the financing in place and keeping escrow on track for a swift closing. His input during the design/build phase of the project is invaluable in keeping the project on track for our projected market. When it comes time to sell he finds the right buyer and guides the sale thru to a swift conclusion.
