Man of integrity. Very responsive to my inquiries, direct and detailed. Initial conference was complete with the full scope of information needed for understanding the whole process from beginning to end. It had been many years since my last home purchase and I wasn't prepared for the change in the market with all the government rule changes. Robert laid in front of me the new method between loan Broker's, Banks, inspections and such. I will use Robert in all my future home dealings.

We've used Robert to buy our first house in Huntsville, sell that house and buy another in the past 3 years. He has provided incomparably excellent service throughout each transaction. He is a master of digital marketing and has made sure that the place we are selling is very widely available for viewing. Robert and his team were amazing. If you’re looking for a realtor, I promise, he is the right choice. We had a house on the market on and off for about six years.(!) We called Robert in June of 2017, and we closed the sale on the house in December. In six months, Robert did what the other realtors couldn’t do over the last six years. Our house was far from an easy sell. It had a very unique design, both inside and out-which is why my husband and I loved it- but that also equates to finding another unique buyer to buy it. To add complication, over that period of six months, my husband and I were on two different continents with our careers. Robert dealt with all of the crazy details while balancing out communications over time zones, and waiting patiently for our responses. Speaking of communication....This is one of the biggest reasons why we were so impressed with Robert and Debbie. They were both absolutely flawless with their communication. Not assistants, but Robert and Debbie themselves. As part of that communication, his recommendations were always thoughtful and practical, reflecting his experience in the business. He knows his stuff. They were also targeted to our house specifically- not cookie-cutter, generic advice that we had received from realtors in the past. I could easily go on about all of the many, many things that Robert did to be proactive about getting our house sold. The first indication that we made the best choice was that he had an open house scheduled very quickly after deciding on listing details. Not only one, but regularly held open houses, as well as communications with other realtors to get the word out. He was diligent about using social media as a selling force, and was clearly well versed in the current trends of real estate. Like I mentioned earlier, he knows his stuff.Long story short, Robert was able to sell what we were feeling like was an unsellable house. We truly can’t thank him enough for all of the time and hard work that he put into it. I can’t say enough to sing his praises. Call him if you need a realtor. :)

I bought a home in AL sight-unseen through Robert Hussey in December of 2020. He got us the home for the asking price (!!!!) and took care of scheduling everything so we could come in from CA and take care of everything. It was easy and he made it that way. I'd suggest anyone looking for a home to contact Robert Hussey. He is the best.

Robert did an excellent job in the arduous process of selling our father’s home. He has an expert understanding of the pricing and intricacies of the Madison/Huntsville market. Our house sold for exactly what he predicted it would. He did a ton of behind-the-scenes work to move the sale forward. He really went above-and-beyond.
