They have a construction background which enable them to give me a deep appreciation of the pros and cons of each home in which we were interested. Their knowledge of the local area is outstanding. As a military member who is moving from out of state, the team went out of their way helping to lock on financing, home inspections, and getting is through the VA loan process. Robert and his team stepped up and helped me find the right house for myself and my kids. Robert saved me from bidding on a potential money pit with his knowledge and keen eye. Robert goes above and beyond to make buying a home and selling a home as smooth as possible. He kept us on track when preparing to sell our home, knew the local market to set the best price, had open houses to drive traffic to our home, then helped secure a great buyer to buy our home. We had an offer in less than 2 weeks, with two back up offers as well! He also helped us purchase a new home and was instrumental in keeping the Seller's Agent on track to make sure we could get into the home we purchased on time and was very helpful in suggesting professionals to help us prep our home to sell, and paint our new home to move in.All in all, I would highly recommend Robert as either a Sellers Agent, or a Buyers Agent, as we used him for both, and were very happy we did!

He is very professional, knowledgeable and skilled in negotiations. Once Robert placed our home on the market there was a flurry of activity and we sold within 4 days.
