Having Robin as an agent was the best thing that has happened as a fist time home-buyer.Simply put: Robin is the best agent in the area!Robin is trustworthy, very knowledgeable and honest.She took her time to make sure all my expectations were met and that I got the dream house that I ended up getting.She is very thorough and was there every step of the way during this journey. Including inspection, water testing (only ‘issue’ the house had), she also helped me navigate the title company processes and was even there on closing day!She’s very responsive, and she made me feel confident that I was making the right decisions.Another huge plus is how well she knows the area, I was looking for a lake property and she had many suggestions on things to look out for.If you are looking for an agent in the Michigan area, look no further! Robin and Max are an incredible team. We were looking for a spot on the Chain of Lakes in Michigan, and they were so helpful. It's tough to earn my respect (and referral)...But without a doubt, I HIGHLY recommend Robin. My wife and I thought we were on the same page when we began our search, but it didn't take long to realize it was far from the truth. When one of us found the perfect house, the other was not aligned. The more one of us "dug in", the other returned in kind.Robin was not only patient, but she helped us find our common ground.
