Rochelle Gamauf has been in real estate for 14 years in South East Wisconsin area. As a Broker/Owner of NextHome Lake Country and a former appraiser, I help my clients find the best deals or sell for the most money. Rochelle approaches real estate as she does her life, with a good listening ear. Rochelle is calm and has a good sense of good humor and analytical business sense. She believes that doing the right thing is as important in business as it is in life and the rest just follows. In 2003, Rochelle founded her own appraisal company, which is currently being run by her husband. Rochelle, brings her business knowledge along with her appraisal background to help clients get their home sold. As a first time home buyer, I was expecting the whole process to be rather difficult and stressful, but with Rochelle's help I was amazed by how smoothly everything went. Rochelle was very attentive to the emails I sent her even on the weekends and was able to schedule tours on short notice. When I met with her at the first house tour, room to room she evaluated the condition of the area to teach me what to look for to tell if something was in need of maintenance and more. Rochelle came in at the 11th hour and facilitated an on site verbal agreement the day we met. An offer was drafted & submitted within 5 hours and closing was within two weeks of offer. She babysat my deal extremely diligently. And was responsive to every communication. She was very knowledgeable about things I was not.
