About Bethany Johnsen

My name is Bethany Johnsen, your local real estate agent. You can count on me if you are interested in a professionally organized real estate deal. More precisely, I offer my services as a Realtor in Providence, Rhode Island, and its immediate region.

What can you expect from me as a top-tier real estate agent?

First and foremost, I have accumulated more than twenty years of experience in the industry since 2001 (and still rolling.) Besides, I can honestly declare that I improved my relationship with the local community to perfection.

Since I combine various disciplines in my service, my approach to a real estate transaction differs from my fellow colleagues in the business. As a result, you can say that I tenaciously protect my client’s interests, and my knowledge base is more complex than your typical agent’s.

No detail will escape me if you wish to buy a house or sell your home. I have adopted a hands-on approach, direct, no-nonsense attitude, and savvy negotiating skills. Additionally, my genuinely client-oriented philosophy makes me a valuable asset to you.

Discover the essential steps on my professional path!

I graduated from the Wheeler School and earned my BA in psychology from Rhode Island College.

My real estate career started with Residential Properties in 2003.

Special assignments

In 2012, several large-scale projects ensued as I contributed to the Carnegie Abbey Golf Club and The Tower at Carnegie Abbey luxury developments.

The story doesn’t end here, though. A series of new construction undertakings followed with The Newport Beach  Club, Middletown, RI,  and Kettle Point, East Providence, RI.

The following year, I joined Bank of America as a Loan Officer. In this position, I learned and mastered the mortgage business as a member of the Mortgage Network.

Though this job granted me priceless knowledge, ultimately, I couldn’t resist my inner calling. Thus, I returned to my passion and became a bonafide Realtor® with Residential Properties Ltd.

Special fields and credentials

I have earned my Senior Real Estate Specialist designation, SRES.  Therefore, I am an expert in aiding the elderly in transitioning from their family home to a new residence.

Personal information and recreation time

I pride myself on being a lifelong and devoted Rhode Island resident. I am eternally grateful to this lovely community for the love and support it has given me throughout the years.

I live in Edgewood with my daughter Ella and my favorite four-legged companion, a 75-pound-rescue pooch, Rocco.

I am fond of cooking delicious meals based on unique recipes in my spare time. Besides, I also love visiting my favorite local restaurants, which I can highly recommend to newcomers and my fellow Providence residents. And last but not least, I fell in love with Rhode Island’s most gorgeous beaches. They always manage to energize and inspire me.
