We had to purchase a house in Cleveland, TN while living out-of-state. It was stressful flying in and having a limited amount of time to find a home that was suitable for our needs and in the right price range. Beforehand we had done our homework using Zillow, but photographs can be deceiving (as we found out when we saw them firsthand). So Roger has had to endure endless calls and emails with our endless questions. That takes a patient agent. We felt safe with Roger as he is a man of integrity. He has a wealth of information on contracting services to inspect, fix or do whatever is needed to a home and he is prompt in getting things done. We have bought two houses in the Cleveland, TN area. Roger was our real estate agent in both cases. Roger Kennard of Sonlight Realty did a great job in preparing, marketing, showing, negotiating, and selling the home of my parents when they moved from Cleveland, Tennessee to the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. The move took place before the house was actually sold so we had to rely on Roger to make sure of all the details because we were nearly 800 miles away. He showed the house several times, and then when we got a good offer, he managed all the back and forth negotiations by electronic communications so that we did not have to return to Tennessee for the closing. That was a real help to us.

There were many other things, large and small, that Roger did in our absence that made the entire selling process very easy for us.

We have utilized Roger's services twice now and we have very pleased with him. He's knowledgeable, patient, and makes himself available for you. When we bought our first house we were in a bidding war and Roger stayed on the phone with us from 7pm-10pm until we finally won. He helped us negotiate but he also knew where our limit was and didn't push us outside our comfort zone to make a sale. He operates with a high level of integrity and he has earned our trust. We are relocating to FL and wish Roger worked there, too. Skip the brands names and go with Roger.

HE called me that was good. I called him back later to ask question on land and he was rude and said he would not give me any information until someone was there to talk to him face to face.
