About Roger Sherman

I have lived in the Baltimore/Harford County area all my life, and have owned several successful businesses in a variety of industries over the last 30 years. My business owner's experience as a custom homebuilder, home improvement contractor, commercial service contractor, and OEM manufacturer has taught me priceless lessons in contract management, home construction, building codes, and cat herding that are all necessary Realtor functions - vital skills that they just don't teach in Realtor school. Now in my eighth year in real estate, this broad base of experience, along with my commitment to promoting my clients' homes and guarding my clients' interests - from our first meeting through closing, - have made me a multi million dollar seller in every single year of my practice, in good markets and bad.

As a seller's agent, I do not just sell your home - I market it. I use my years of experience and up to date training to strategically place your home where 87% of today's buyers are looking - on the Internet - and all over the Internet - driving everyone who sees your home to a detailed website that is your address (.com). In addition, as a fully Accredited Staging Professional, I bring a trained designer's eye to every home I list. Even in the worst year of the recent market slump, EVERY SINGLE HOME I staged and listed sold for MORE than 97% of list, HIGHER than its comparables, in LESS than 45 days - in a TERRIBLE market!! I use what is already in your home to economically optimize that home to stand out from the crowd and sell - FOR MORE MONEY IN LESS TIME - every time - in good markets or bad.
