Ron was very patient with the process. When we started our search in mid year 2018 we were not sure about much, however with Ron's help we were able to define and narrow our search which has ended with us purchasing a lovely home.

My journey to find my "dream forever home" started several months ago. I had caviar dreams with a McDonald's budget. I would have driven anyone else crazy. Ron was very knowledgeable about the local area and properties, and he went out of his way to explore every option with me. He was never too busy to answer a call or text, or to go see a property with me. He protected my interests and made the purchase negotiations and execution process as comfortable as possible. He was professional and treated me with respect, while at the same time -- and most important -- made me feel as if my happiness was all that mattered. If I could give this terrific gentleman more than 5 stars, I would.

I was in a situation requiring me to find a rental in a short time frame, in a limited specific area that also allowed pets. They coordinated between the management companies for both the owner of the unit & the condo association. Ron & Dan came through.

Ron is an incredibly professional realtor. His years of experience and full understanding of the real estate process were essential to helping us buy our first home. We've worked with Ron for five years on different deals and he's never been late to a showing, has always been communicative, and continuously provided advice and updates. His knowledge saved us the purchase of a home that would have immediately been an issue and probably saved over $20,000 by helping us through the process when an issue arose after the inspection and the deal fell through. On our second attempt, and successful one, we made an offer and details Ron provided saved us over $25,000. We're now moving into a home that has exactly the features we need all due to Ron's impeccable follow up and listening. He also works with and recommends an awesome team of professionals. We compared and shopped all of the services we needed throughout the this purchase and always ended up using Ron's recommendations. The team of people we had, from our inspector to our broker, showed the same kind of support and it was definitely encouraged by Ron's continuous communication on our behalf. Would recommend to use him for sale or purchase of a home to anyone.

Extremely accessible, resourceful, knowledgeable and fun retirement home hunting! Ron was Always available when my wacky schedule allowed for showings! He was also very fast moving documents, contacting people and also very comforting during the mortgage process. I very highly recommend!
