A Brief Story

A nice family was relocating to Santa Rosa from the east coast. They were anxious to get established in a home, school and neighborhood, but they were concerned about market values going down. They weren't sure what to do. Provided with some detailed statistics and good counsel they were able to negotiate an exceptional price on a stunning home in a great location.

With instant equity, even if values decline in the short term, they are ahead of the game. Now that they are settled, Mom, Dad and the two kids couldn't be happier. I get the privilege of learning what is really important to my clients, then helping them achieve their goals and dreams. As a result, I couldn't be happier!

Getting Personal

In the year 2000, my wife, Jeanette, and I made a life changing move. We sold our Seattle area home and headed to Santa Rosa, leaving family, friends, and hundreds of past clients behind (in good hands). It was risky, as we knew not a soul in Sonoma County. I'm happy to say that we have been blessed with great friends and clients. Since then, I've had the pleasure of helping many others relocate to this wonderful area.

After years as an at-home mom and volunteer, Jeanette is now an Operations Coordinator at our church. We cheer on our two kids, now teenagers, in soccer, baseball, music and drama. Other interests include singing, hiking in Annadel State Park, watching movies and playing with Riley, our King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. We love it here. Life is good.
