About Ron Utterback

Are you selling your house? I bring the same analytical approach to determining the listing price of your house as I brought to assessing houses during my 10 years of home inspecting. Plus, I put together a great marketing plan for each and every property. My objective is to get you the maximum dollar amount and to keep time on the market to the minimum.

Are you buying a home? I happen to have special value in assessing the condition of the home you are considering. My 10 years inspecting homes lets me understand issues and their significance to a degree not provided by many Realtors®. I have something to offer above and beyond the norm.

If you’re not contemplating a transaction in the near future, I am able to provide information on the real estate market. If you or someone your know simply wants specifics on a home in their neighborhood, give them my contact info. I would welcome the opportunity to provide the selling price, attributes of the home or its real estate history. I often provide a free comparative market analysis. I can also readily provide data showing how the Atlanta market is changing and the dominant trends.

Lastly, my time doing inspections provided me with a large set of resources that I know and trust. If you need a repair, maintenance or a handyman, I know a provider of the service. If you need home products like carpet, windows, doors, or siding I know a source. Likewise, if revision or remodeling is needed, I know several contractors who do excellent work.
