We reached out to her through Zillow's site. We NEVER heard from her. We were very interested in looking in the house. WE wanted the house. For some reason she never reached out to us. This really upset us as we are looking to buy our first house together.

Rosa was a great Realtor for us right from the beginning process of selling our home. She was very energetic, knowledgeable, positive and had a “get things done” attitude. She did not hesitate to get involved & help quickly resolve issues that arose on the buyers end. Rosa went above and beyond her responsibilities as our Realtor and it made all the difference in getting the sale closed. Rosa clearly answered all questions we may have had and made herself available to us at all times. There was not a time when we didn't feel Rosa was in our corner.

I found our home online and contacted her to draft a contract. She did nothing else to assist us in the process. Terrible grasp of English language. Incoherent emails. Told us our closing was scheduled for a certain date only to find out from our mortgage broker that it was not scheduled. We had already packed and planned our move only to ultimately delay it. Never heard from her after the sale had closed.

Rosa was fantastic in my first ever home purchase. She knew that I was unfamiliar with the process, and guided me with reassurance every step of the way. She went out of her way to make sure I was informed and satisfied.I would definitely recommend her!

We recently purchased a home in Flagler Beach, Florida using Rosa Benitez as our realtor. We could not be happier with the service she provided. Before contacting Rosa, we had taken 4 trips from Alberta, Canada to Florida to identify a second home on the beach, without success, Rosa was able to identify exactly the kind of property we were looking for 24 hours after we first spoke to her. She successfully helped us negotiate a sales price and helped identify the mortgage and insurance people needed to close the sale. She helped identify maintenance and property management people to watch over the property when we are "home" in Canada. We are thrilled with this purchase and counting out the days until we return to the beach. I don't think this would have happened if we had not met Rosa.
