I have bought and sold quite a few properties in my life. Each one is complicated its own way, but this one may have been the most challenging. Every time a new problem arose, Rosa handled it with grace and a comforting, quiet, fortitude. In this sale Rosa played a duel role as both seller’s and buyer’s agent. That’s not an easy situation in the best of times, but in these current RE circumstances, with challenges to accepted offers and fraught emotions at every turn, Rosa persevered, helping us all to get the job done. In addition, Rosa’s recommendations for a home inspector and an attorney were fantastic. Rosa’s responsiveness and dedication were extraordinary throughout. I have worked with Rosa on both renting apartments, buying my first house, and now selling my first house. She has been fantastic to work with and makes a difficult process look easy. We sold an old house that needed a lot of last-minute fixes and Rosa followed up with all vendors to make sure the work was done. We are taking a break from the housing market, but will be using Rosa again when the time is right!
