We moved here from California (military family) and since we had to purchase while living in CA, Rose Marie face timed us, called us, emailed, and texted throughout the whole process so we wouldn't miss anything. She always returned calls or emails within a few minutes or at least by the end of the day. Our closing went smoothly and she followed up later to see how we were doing in our new home.
