First time home buyer. I worked with Veterans United in purchasing a new home, and Rose Marie was the assigned real estate agent. The interactions with her from start to finish were nothing short of exceptional. I couldn't have asked for a better agent.She was proactive in everything and I was really impressed at the work ethic. When she went to work, she didn't mess around. Answered countless questions, provided invaluable insight, took me on several virtual tours as I was purchasing remotely. She was great at communicating and availability, and she is very personable as well.I can be a very critical person and I have nothing bad to say about Rose Marie at all. I'm grateful my first experience in buying a house was with her!

All I can say is Wow, Mrs Rose was superb. Very professional and dedicated to her craft. Rose Marie was a pleasure to work with. She found several homes for me that met my criteria and arranged showings promptly. She always returned calls or emails within a few minutes or at least by the end of the day. Our closing went smoothly and she followed up later to see how we were doing in our new home. I recommend her without hesitation!

Rose Marie and her son, Shane, are both skilled professionals. I first worked with Rose Marie in 2021 to purchase a home in Augusta, and she was the first person I called when it came time to sell ~5 years later. Her expertise and timely communication made the process much more manageable for a first time homeowner. Her advice was always sound and realistic, and was instrumental in getting the house ready for market. No doubt I would contact them again if I was buying property in the CSRA again.

We moved here from California (military family) and since we had to purchase while living in CA, Rose Marie face timed us, called us, emailed, and texted throughout the whole process so we wouldn't miss anything. She went above and beyond and even cleaned our floors before we moved in. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a house in the Augusta area.
