AT A LOSS FOR WORDS... I spoke with at least 7 different agents before I found the best! I called RoseAnna Biondo. I explained what I was looking for and what I was able to afford. The next morning after speaking with her she had 6 potential houses to look at. She took me to all of them found exactly what I was looking for and got it for less then I wanted to spend. I am so grateful to have found her, not only do I have a realtor for life, but she made me feel like no one else mattered. For that, I know I also have a friend for life. She is an amazing person who is completely dedicated to finding your dream home. I am sure that it was no coincidence that we connected from the start.

Roseanna was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I started looking for a place to live back in December and this was our first time living together. She made this first experience for us smooth and easy. She drove an hour multiple times to show us various different condos. We never felt pressured or rushed to pick a condo. She was very knowledgeable and gave us very helpful advice while we decided which condo to get. The moment that we said we were interested, she was already contacting the owners etc to get things moving and finalized. We had some small bumps along the road as we tried to finalize our lease, and Roseanna handled everything! When the time comes for us to purchase a home, she will be the first person that we call! RoseAnna made my first time home buying experience very smooth, simple, and successful! I am really happy with the house that she located for me based on the criteria that I specified. RoseAnna was very patient and answered all my questions and all the while during the process seemed to quickly catch on to what my needs and tastes were in a new home. Her experience and commitment were very evident as she was very responsive and PROACTIVE in finding houses, guiding me along at each step, and always keeping my best interest in mind on the business end. I had two real estate agents come and give me an estimate for my house. The first one wanted to list almost $25,000 under what Rosanna as estimated my house was worth. And I got exactly what Roseanna estimated. She is a go-getter never quits until the job is done. She always kept us informed of what was happening. She also has great advice on how to spruce up the house to make it look its best! She did a fantastic job and we are very happy!

We had a very pleasant experience with the sale of our home. Selling a home is always a stressful time, but RoseAnna was so professional she was able to provide us with research to determine the price of our home, and she helped us with every aspect of our sale from advice on staging the home to assistance coordinating a long distance closing!! We got a great price for our home and we would definitely ask her to help us again in the future!

It's almost been 15 years since my last home buying experience. I was in a position to be in the market again. I mentioned it to RoseAnna at church last fall and without hesitation she developed a game plan for me. From connecting me to inspectors to mortgage agents she was on point and was very thorough throughout the whole process. She was my ally and fought for me during challenging situations with the seller's agent. I highly recommend her because her work ethic is unmatched by any agent I've worked with.
