I grew up in West Philadelphia. My father was a Lieutenant in the Philadelphia Fire Department and my mother was a homemaker. I had two older sisters. Being at the bottom of the totem pole, I developed determination and independence. In 1968 we moved to Aston. I attended Sun Valley High School and graduated in 1972. I went to Pennsylvania State University and graduated in 1976 with a B. S. in Finance. I worked in the corporate Accounting and Finance area and felt something was missing. I always had an interest in real estate and liked the idea of being my own boss. I was licensed in 1988 as a real estate salesperson and became a broker in 1992.
I received many awards; Rookie of the year, top producer office, top producer company wide etc. Now I really wanted to be my own boss. I opened up Ross Real Estate in 1995 and have been serving Aston, Delaware and Chester counties ever since. Being in real estate for so long now, I’ve seen the good times as well as the bad. Let me use my experience and knowledge to help you.

We had been house hunting for over 6 months. On the spur of the moment we wondered if we could view a particular house that was nearby. It was a Sunday afternoon and we took the chance and called Ross. He was able to meet within 15 minutes. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He was very patient and answered all of our questions to make the best decision. Definitely a 5 Star experience!

Ross was to the point, knew his stuff. No nonsense, helped me sell my house quickly. Communications were timely and thorough. I did not get the impression at all that Ross was in it for a quick sale and commission, he truly prioritized seller' (my) satisfaction and was transparent about potential issues that could arise with prospective sellers/offers. Would highly recommend Ross as an agent for selling and buying.

Caring. Answers all questions. Responds quickly when contacted. Makes sure pricing and showing are manageable for a quick sale. I was unable to attend the closing and he helped with arrangements for closing without me.

Ross cancelled appointment for multiple properties showing that was made a week in advance on less than 24 hours notice because he "didn't want to work"
