Great realtor who knows the area. Showed us all the houses we requested and did not pressure us to view anything we didn't want to see. Also set us up with a good mortgage company and personel. Overall great experience.

Roy is highly motivated and responsive. We have used him to buy and sell multiple homes, and even recommended him to multiple close friends. With the state the current economy is in, we didn't expect to sell our homes as quickly as we did, but Roy has multiple contacts and strives hard to find a buyer. Roy has known Jackson, Tn and the surrounding area since his early high school years. The builders of the homes we were shown are friends of his, he saw the plots when they were bits of farm land-he has the best local knowledge in the area! Roy is a bachelor without kids, he is completely devoted to his job. He will meet clients late, late at night with 30 minutes notice. He was very responsive. He is straight forward and will give you an honest answer about properties and values without sugarcoating. I appreciated him as my realtor.

Roy did an excellent job selling our house. He went above and beyond to get the job done. Roy recommended little things to help get the house sold. He was honest and fair, but was willing to work at selling the house and not just have is drop the price. We highly recommend him.
